Children and Family

To participate in any of these ministries talk with our Director of Youth and Children's Ministries Deacon Sarah Swagler.

Prayground

Kids and parents can hang out in the back of the Sanctuary during worship at our Prayground.

Nursery

Unless otherwise noted, LMC provides a staffed nursery for children ages 5 and under. 

Sunday School Classes

Little Lambs (for children ages 2–Pre-K/4) meets in the Nursery and is taught by Ms. Heidi Bush. 

Kindergarten and 1st Grade. For 2025–2026, 1st grade will be split into two classrooms, and one half will meet with Kindergarten. If you are unsure of where your 1st grader is placed, please ask Deacon Sarah. This class will meet in the corner room on the 2nd floor and is taught by Ms. Laurie Nelson. 

1st Grade and 2nd Grade.  For 2025–2026, 1st grade will be split into two classrooms, and one half will meet with 2nd grade. If you are unsure of where your 1st grader is placed, please ask Deacon Sarah. This class will meet in the Multipurpose Room and will be taught by Ms. Alison Blaser and Mr. Jack Blaser.  

3rd–4th Grade will meet in Room 2 on the 3rd floor (room to the right at the top of the stairs and before the double doors). This class will be taught by Ms. Jessie Thomas and Mr. Aiden Thomas. 

Club 56 meets in the Music Room on the 2nd floor and is taught by Mr. Jesse Lava. 

We can’t wait to learn about Jesus and God's expansive love through Bible stories, activities, and play!
